Sticky spider web (gross motor activity for toddler)

STICKY SPIDER WEB (gross motor activity for toddlers) I made a spider web with masking tape, between our clothesline (that we use for drying art) and the window frame. Then I crumpled some pieces of tissue paper and encouraged my toddlers to throw them and try to have them to stick.   This little boy practiced and practiced and was so happy when he succeeded.

Patriotic wind spinner craft for toddler

PATRIOTIC WIND SPINNER CRAFT FOR TODDLER First day we painted one side of a paper plate blue. Touch both side of the plate to feel if one is smoother and choose the other side for the blue. Day two, I put 4 or 5 pieces of painter tape on the smoother side then asked the kids to paint red. Day 3 we removed the tape. Day 4 I drew a spiral line and I helped my interested friend to cut along.  I cut most.  Then I hole punched the middle and attached a piece of yarn, and voilà

Pot of gold and rainbow, art activity for toddlers

POT OF GOLD AND RAINBOW art activity for toddlers It was a two days project for us.  The first day we glued the coins.  I let the children using a glue stick by themself then I demonstrated picking up glitter from my left palm with my fingers and sprinkling it on glue drops that I previously applied on each coin.  Some followed my directions and some just dumped the whole handful in one spot 😀. Then I shook the free ones and gathered them in my palm again and sprinkled again.  It was a good fine motor activity   The following day we pasted the 7 colors on the rainbow strip in the back of the pot of gold. May the luck of the Irish be with you today! 😀 ☘️    Go see my other St-Patrick's Day activities :  Shamrock suncatcher : https://coachingtoddlers.blogspot.com/2023/03/shamrock-suncatcher-art-activity-for.html St-Patrick's Day pattern activity :  https://coachingtoddlers.blogspot.com/2023/03/st-patricks-day-pattern-activiry-for.html 2023 Leprechaun mask :  https://coachingt

Leprechaum mask, art activity for toddlers

LEPRECHAUN MASK art activity for toddlers, also good for sens of self It is pretty easy, give them a paper plate, orange paint and a paint brush.  When it's dry cut out a circle in the middle and give them a green triangle for the hat.  Secure with scotch tape the two spots on each side where you will punch a hole.  Tie two pieces of yarn and tie it behind the head of  agreeable children.   As a sens of self activity I pick them up turn by turn for them to look at themself in the morror.
